Details are fine-tuned for the holding of the Venezuela International Tourism Fair (FITVEN) 2024, which will be held in the state of Táchira, from November 28 to December 1.

This tourist showcase is considered the most important in the sector and a meeting place for commercial exchange, according to the website of the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR).

The 17th edition will be attended by delegations from countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP) and other international organizations.

In addition, the cycle of Business Roundtable and Symposiums will be held. As every year, the fair complex will highlight the benefits of Venezuela and invited nations in the national, international and gastronomic pavilions, as well as activities related to the sector. The national government, regional and governmental institutions will also come together at this event.

On this occasion, the state of Táchira will show the attractions and potential for expanding tourism. The main tourist event predicts that the Venezuelan nation will position itself as a destination for the development and economic diversification of the country.

Last October, the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, held a meeting with the governor of the entity, Freddy Bernal, to fine-tune the details for this fair.
