From this Monday, February 5, passage will be restricted in some connections in the state of Táchira, in connection with the installation of seven simultaneous work fronts for the rehabilitation of roads.
The president of the entity's Road Institute (IVT) Ángel Márquez reported that these actions are making progress in expanding the Comprehensive Road Maintenance Route to various municipalities.
The machinery will be located in Local 09, via Rubio-San Cristóbal, at the height of the Lagunillas and El Mirador sectors, where the sections will be stabilized. Both will be intervened with jumbo work, excavations and slope profiling for stabilization.
In a press release, the government of the entity indicated that Troncal 01, between La Mulera and San Antonio del Táchira, Bolívar municipality, will be intervened with asphalting works and the installation of more than 1,500 tons of hot asphalt. The access road to the Táriba Wholesale Market, in the municipality of Cárdenas, will remove material from landslides, caused by landslides. The section of Local 07, on the mountain road, in Mesa de Aura, via El Cobre, will clean the slope.
