Members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) seized 11,290 liters of different types of fuel from Colombia in the Páez municipality of Apure state, according to the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez.

Through a message posted on his Instagram account, the senior military official explained that the fuel entered the country illegally through green border areas and was detected by uniformed personnel while they were carrying out “patrolling and searching” tasks.

He stressed that this procedure was framed in the operation "Bolivarian Shield 2025 “.
