The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) installed soup kitchens to provide care to the inhabitants of Cumanacoa affected by the overflow of the Manzanares River and the rains caused by the passage of Hurricane Beryl through the Caribbean Sea.
This was reported by the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, who explained that the military institution also deployed Community Military Brigades (Bricomiles) to help in the recovery of this town.
“Our helping and supportive hand for whatever and whenever. For us, the people and the homeland come first,” said the senior military officer from his X account.
