FANB destroyed a raft used for illegal mining in Amazonas

Members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) detected and destroyed a raft-type vessel used for illegal mining in the Ocamo River, Alto Orinoco Municipality in the state of Amazonas.
This was reported by the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, through his Instagram account where he explained that, in the aforementioned action, the uniformed personnel also seized a Freezer; two inoperative plants; a 12-meter red boat, with a 40-inch Yamaha engine; two 14-meter green boats without engines; a drum with 40 liters of diesel fuel; a drum with 50 liters of gasoline; a Starlink antenna; a motor pump; a kitchen.
In addition, the military destroyed an 8-cylinder engine; the wooden structure of the rafter; two tame carpets; a wooden tame; two 8-inch hoses; two 6-inch hoses.
“Venezuela is a territory of peace, law and justice where environmental protection is being fought daily, all illegal camps will be rendered useless and their occupants will be sanctioned in accordance with national laws,” emphasized the senior military official.
