Members of the Bolivarian National
Armed Forces (FANB) arrested a man who was traveling with
167 thimbles of cocaine in his body, weighing 245 grams.
According to information published in a well-known national newspaper, the subject came from Colombian territory and was
captured at the Public Care Point (PAC) in La Morita, in the Fernández Feo municipality
in the south of the state of Táchira .
According to the military report, the subject had hired the services of a
taxi driver to move the stash to the capital.
“The strange behavior of the citizen attracted the attention of sentinels who are experts in the field of drugs, who noticed that there was something unusual and proceeded to examine the citizen,” the newspaper reported.
