FANB apprehended a citizen in Zulia who was carrying 87 wrappers of cocaine

As part of the Catatumbo Lightning operation 2024, members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) apprehended a citizen who was transporting 87 packages of cocaine hidden in a truck.
This was reported by the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, who explained that the uniformed personnel carried out the arrest while carrying out vehicle inspection and inspection tasks in the parish of Santa Cruz, in the municipality of Colón in the state of Zulia.
The captured man, as reported by the senior military officer in his X account, was traveling from Colombia to the town of Santa Barbara del Zulia.
