The governor
of the state of Falcón, Víctor Clark, announced the start of an intensive
maintenance plan aimed at the most
vulnerable electrical circuits in the
Paraguaná Peninsula and the eastern coast, specifically in the municipalities of Carirubana (Punto Fijo) and Acosta (San Juan de los Cayos).
“We have designed a special action plan at the
level of distribution and transmission networks to mitigate the fluctuations
that have affected the daily lives of our communities. We will continue to make
sustained progress with the goal of consolidating in the short term a
positive balance and stability in more than 40 priority circuits throughout the Falconian
geography,” said the regional president.
This was reported on the web portal of the newspaper Úlmas
Noticias, where it was detailed that this action has inputs such
as: disconnectors, insulators, hardware, crosspieces, porcelain, conductors,
lightning rods and transformers of different capacities; which will be used,
initially, on all seven simultaneous fronts by the Corpoelec crews with their respective high-tech trucks and tools.
