The National Executive will submit to the National Assembly the proposal to reform the Law for the Promotion and Development of New Enterprises, said the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro.
In this regard, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, pointed out that the changes to the above-mentioned legal instrument seek to expand the validity of the registration of entrepreneurs.
“The registration is now valid for two years. The idea is to expand the validity period so that entrepreneurs don't have to renew every two years, it's a way to cut red tape,” Rodríguez highlighted during his participation in the Venezuela Entrepreneur with Nicolás activity, held at the Teresa Carreño Theater in Caracas.
For his part, the President stressed that these types of changes are possible thanks to the fact that there is a “revolutionary and patriotic National Assembly” in the country.
