Executive Vice President: The Old and Decadent Empire Uses the Government of Guyana to Attack Venezuela

The Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, during her participation in the third day of the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and IV of the JPSUV, emphasized that the union of the Venezuelan People is fundamental for the defense of our Guiana Esequiba.

“We have historic and inalienable rights as owners of that territory, stripped by ancient and decadent empires, to which the government of Guyana serves as an instrument to attack and attack Venezuela,” Rodríguez said.

In that regard, he criticized the fact that the president and vice-president of Guyana “are clowning around” with the Southern Command. “We don't care because we are going to defend our Guiana Esequiba because that's what the Venezuelan people decided on December 3 when we went to a referendum in a national consultation,” he said.

He also emphasized that in the next elections, a governor will be elected for Guiana Essequiba.

He stressed that we must continue to strengthen the Peace Quadrants, the popular, military and police fusion, to dismantle threats, “because they have used terrorist organizations, criminal gangs to attack the Venezuelan political process, but above all to remove organized political participation from our people.”

“Venezuelan territory must be a territory free of violence, criminal gangs, transnational organizations at the service of large hegemonic centers,” he said.
