Executive Vice President: The 7T are aimed at the People of Venezuela, not the oligarchies

The Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during her speech at the High-Level Workshop of the Popular Government, held at the La Carlota Convention Center, indicated that the fourth transformation, promoted by President Nicolás Maduro, is aimed at the People.

In that sense, he indicated that the fourth T “is the social mechanism of the system of missions and great social missions and all these transformations are aimed at the people of Venezuela, not oligarchies, not surnames, not foreign powers; it is the Venezuelan people.”

He also explained that “this fourth transformation is linked to the fifth transformation, which is the organization of People's Power, a political model based on the organization of People's Power.”

“Then a sixth transformation that is ecosocialism, science and technology for national independence, breaking with the chains of technological dependence,” he said.
