Executive Secretary of ALBA-TCP met with Prime Minister of Dominica to advance the 2030 agenda

The Executive Secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the
Peoples of Our America-Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), Jorge
Arreaza, met with the Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, to advance the ALBA 2030 agenda.
Arreaza described it as a very productive working meeting with the Prime Minister of
Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit. “We are making progress in several areas of the ALBA 2030
Strategic Agenda: Training for tourism and ecotourism; preparation and
response to natural disasters; intra-ALBA trade; air and
maritime connectivity; teaching Spanish and English; culture as a
unifying element of peoples; the launch of the
ALBA Cooperation Agency,” said Arreaza in a message posted on his account on the social network X.
He also indicated that they also analyzed the
geopolitical challenges for the region that were addressed at the recent Summit of Heads of Government
of the ALBA-TCP, which was held in Caracas.
The Executive Secretary of ALBA-TCP also thanked Dominica's Minister of Tourism, Denise Charles-Pemberton and her team, for presenting their action plans.
