Evangelical pastor reported an attempt to poison Petro and claim that his death was due to an overdose

Last Wednesday, the former presidential candidate in the Historical Pact consultation, evangelical pastor Alfredo Saade, revealed a new assassination attempt against the President of the Republic of Colombia, Gustavo Petro.

During an interview with the manager of the Public Media System, RTVC, Hollman Morris, Pastor Alfredo Saade confirmed that the plan to assassinate President Petro was revealed to him at the El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá.

Saade said that they told him about a poisoning attack on Petro and added in his complaint that after the crime, those responsible intended to establish in public opinion that the president had died due to a drug overdose.
