Eric Ramírez elected Player of the Match in the match between Atlético Nacional and Alianza FC in Colombia

Venezuelan Eric Ramírez was
chosen as the best player of the match, in the match between Atlético Nacional
that beat Alianza FC 3-1, in the first round of the Colombian league.
Ramírez entered the field at the start
of the second half when his team lost 0-1, being a key player in the
comeback of his Atlético Nacional.
“I have been preparing well,
what we have trained was reflected on the court. You always have to improve
physically and mentally,” Ramírez said, in statements to the media after
the game.
He also said he was very happy
because they had a very good second half, “I think we
lacked depth in the first half”.
“The most important thing is always the team, I
want to score goals, we are a group and I'm going to do my best for this family,
I hope to continue contributing,” said the Venezuelan.
Regarding his supposed rivalry
with his teammate Jefferson Duque, Ramírez said: “I'm going to say it only once and I hope it's
clear, they always think that Jeffer and I have some
kind of differences because of position, on the contrary, the relationship we have is very good, we always try to help the group.”
“We have had very good games, the times we have had to play together, we always score or assist each other,” he said.
