Governor Carpio stressed that the Unified State Risk Command is activated, in coordination with State security agencies, following precise instructions from President Nicolás Maduro Moro, to deal with any damage caused by heavy rains .

Carpio has called for calm to the population and has reiterated his government's commitment to providing support and assistance to all those affected by this situation. It is expected that the recovery and restoration of roads will be carried out as soon as possible.
