Egypt was invited as a country of honor to FILVEN 2025

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela extended to the Arab Republic of Egypt, the official invitation to be a Guest Country of Honor, at the International Book Fair 2025 (FILVEN).
This was reported by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, through his account on the social network X, where he stressed that he transferred the proposal to the Egyptian Minister of Culture, Nevin Al-Kilany, in response to her invitation to participate in the 55th International Book Fair in Cairo.
For her part, Minister Nevin Al-Kilany said that cooperation with Venezuela is one of the steps in the Egyptian State's strategy of openness to world cultures.
Recall that the head of Culture of Egypt received the minister during her visit as part of Venezuela's participation for the first time in the activities of the Cairo International Book Fair.
