The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the bombs placed at the toll road located on the international highway connecting Cúcuta, in Colombia with San Antonio del Táchira, in Venezuela, were the criminal and drug trafficker Álvaro Uribe.
“We all know that Álvaro Uribe planted the bomb,” he said.
He argued that “all acts of violence that occur in Colombia are motivated, moved and executed by Álvaro Uribe.”
In that regard, he stressed that almost immediately Uribe appeared to speak out about the event, while recalling that this situation is similar to what happened in Venezuela, specifically in Plaza Altamira, when extremist opponents planted explosives, “and the journalists were already there waiting for them to happen (the explosions)”.
Cabello recalled that it was the day of the election of the National Constituent Assembly, “that bomb that the National Guards put in Altamira and when they were passing by it exploded and the journalists took his picture. They were on site waiting.”
During his Con El Mazo Dando program, during broadcast number 517, he stressed that “this is the case with Álvaro Uribe, what happened in Cúcuta happened and it seemed that he was sleeping there”.
“He immediately came to express his regret to the people of Cucuta,” he stressed.
