This Wednesday, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, urged that “every 1x10 leader should have a WhatsApp group to inform our people and communicate for details.”

He also anecdotally recalled the visit he made on January 23 to Caracas and the state of La Guaira: “we are marching and people are getting closer, 'we are complying with including someone who has never voted for Chavismo', what's more, they have taken her to leave.”

“We already see the way ahead... There, those who have neither witnesses nor have anything,” said Cabello during Con El Mazo Dando's 478 program.

Regarding the management of social networks, he urged that “each of us must be taking our selfie and sending it to the networks because in the battle we must achieve an early victory in communication”.

“Our young people have different abilities from those of us older adults, we have to become literate on the subject of social networks and do it without any kind of complex because half of this battle is won there,” said the first vice-president of the PSUV.
