Diosdado Cabello toured the areas affected by the rains in Cumanacoa

The senior leader of the red awning instructed permanent deployment to fulfill the goal set by the Head of State

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, toured the areas affected by the rains this Sunday in the town of Cumanacoa, Sucre state.

Cabello met with the Single Authority of Cumanacoa, M/G Nayade Lockiby Belmontes, recently appointed by President Nicolás Maduro to address the emergency caused by the passage of Hurricane Beryl in the region.

Also present were the governor of the state of Sucre, Gilberto Pinto; the sectoral vice-president for the Social Area, Mervin Maldonado; the Minister of Popular Power for Education, Yelitze Santaella and the minister of Popular Power for Ecosocialism, Josué Lorca; among other authorities.

On the spot, the senior leader of the red awning instructed permanent deployment to meet the goal set by the Head of State to resolve the situation 100% in 15 days, from the start of the emergency, in addition to guaranteeing the protection and well-being of the affected people.
