Diosdado Cabello to the candidates for governors: They are making a big commitment

All members of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) who will assume the candidacies for governors and deputies in the next elections on May 25 must be aware of the great commitment they are making, said the general secretary of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“The Bolivarian Revolution stopped holding positions that meant privileges a long time ago. The positions of popular election and of the Revolution mean sacrifice, surrender, absolute detachment,” he said, while emphasizing that the People of Venezuela will be vigilant so that they fulfill their responsibilities.

In this regard, during a meeting with candidates from the Great Patriotic Pole, he highlighted the importance of maintaining support for the communes to make Popular Power a reality throughout the country.

“Support for Popular Power is one of the parameters that are currently being evaluated to choose candidates for deputies, legislators and mayors,” he stressed.

He also thanked the governors for all the work they have done so far to achieve the formation of the Great Historical Bloc to advance the Revolution.
