Diosdado Cabello to governors and mayors: Let's understand that it's time for Popular Power

During his speech at the Great Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc, this Friday the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stated that the time has come for Popular Power to build the Revolution.

He stated that the Bolivarian Government promotes the transformation of the State, “but we are not going to transform the State to hand it over to the bourgeoisie if we are going to transform the State it will be so that the People have more power every day,” he said.

“I ask my brother mayors and governors to understand that it is the time of Popular Power, it is the time for the People to assume and to do the things that the People decide (... (I don't call for anarchy, because if there is someone wise in this world it is the People,” he emphasized.
