The first
vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV),
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured this Monday that revolutionary forces are always ready and
ready to defend the Homeland under any circumstances.
“We offer a
happy new year from the bottom of our hearts, in a loving and supportive way. A happy year to all
Venezuelans who love this country, to those who don't love this country to stand in line, because those of us who love this country are a large majority of
Venezuelans who defend this country whatever and whenever,” Cabello
said during the PSUV press conference.
He also
took the opportunity to honor Maestro Hugo de los Reyes Chávez,
for the 92nd anniversary of his birth.
“Teacher, father
of our Commander (Hugo Chávez), a great patriot and his
family always with permanent memory and affection,” he said.
On the other hand, he reaffirmed that this town is in peace and joy, celebrating and enjoying a great cultural and sporting agenda throughout Venezuela. “The truth is that our people have had a happy Christmas and a happy end to the year and we are with them,” he said.
