Diosdado Cabello asserted that the revolutionary forces of Venezuela will not surrender because of any kind of threats, blockades or sanctions.

“They are wrong! What we have is already dignity to give,” he emphasized.

During his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 466, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) stated that the extremist opposition sector can be heard stating that education and health must be privatized, “nothing is free, says Sayona, someone has to pay for it.”

In this regard, he affirmed that those people who cannot afford these and other services, the State must act to take care of the People, while stressing that Sayona's approach highlights “the sick mentality of neoliberalism, but above all of living dragged into what the United States says.”

For this reason, he recalled that the United States declared Venezuela an unusual and extraordinary threat, since “something was happening in the country that was not a good example for the United States, because it could be followed by other Peoples.”

“They believed that with that threat, with that declaration ready, the Bolivarian Revolution would end, with coups of states, assassination attempts,” he said.

He recalled that on February 27, 1989, “the people took to the streets, aware of what they were doing.”
