The Venezuelan people are the true engine of the Bolivarian Revolution, emphasized the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.

“We are all pushing there and today they threaten us, they block us, they sanction us and the people are more united than ever. The Revolution is there for whatever comes,” he said, adding that the national and international right “bet that the revolutionary movement would split into a thousand pieces if Commander Chávez wasn't there, that's why they assassinated him, seeking to weaken.”

He stressed that faced with this possibility of weakening, the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez, was prophetic and directed his action to stimulate “the conscience of a People”.

He reiterated his invitation to Venezuelans who are not Chavistas to join efforts to build the Homeland. “Come on Pa'ca, we are going to build the Homeland you want, but from here,” he urged.

He pointed out that when the opposition “feels emboldened, they call us the Chavista plague.” “We are the plague for them, what Commander Chávez said: the mob, the paws on the ground,” he said.

He insisted that these sectors of the opposition “do not accept landlords, because they are racist”. “They hate us, that's why we tell them that they will never come back, either by hook or by crook,” he said.
