Diosdado Cabello: The US Army operates with mercenaries

During an interview with TeleSUR, this Saturday, the sectoral vice-president of Security, Sovereignty and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that in the new terrorist actions promoted by the United States (USA) against Venezuela, the stereotype of its agents changed.
In this regard, he pointed out that the active American Army soldier captured in the country, identified as Wilbert Joseph Castañeda, who directed the destabilizing operations, “worked with special units of the Navy SEALs dedicated to the topic of Latin America, because they are composed of people who speak Spanish perfectly; in this case this gentleman speaks Spanish perfectly,” he said.
He stressed that Castañeda “is an active soldier, but the US Army operates with mercenaries, they send a military leader but the rest they give through what they call: companies, then contractors.”
