The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that right-wing extremists “have no shame” and enjoy “zero credibility”.

This is what he said when referring to the allegations of the extremist right that they were not going to ratify the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab.

“You were betting that Tarek was not going to be ratified, I saw that you were having a party... and then it turns out that they appointed Tarek as prosecutor again. This happens to them as straw talkers,” he said.

He recalled that this appointment is a power of the National Assembly (AN) and it was also the power of prosecutor Tarek William Saab to run and he did it.”

“It wouldn't have been possible to name him if he didn't run, but he applied, and it seems like they don't like Tarek being a prosecutor. Why is that? It seems that the People do,” he stressed.

In this regard, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 502, he also referred to the fake news released by longliner Orlando Urdaneta about the recent trip of President Nicolás Maduro.

“That's like Orlando Urdaneta who said: 'They told me that Nicolás isn't coming back (from his recent trip to Russia) 'and the guy is so irresponsible that he doesn't even apologize. That's the way they are.”

“From a good source it is determined that Diosdado fought with Tarek and he fought with Burandanga he gave to Bernabé ( ... )”, he ironized.

“That's the way they are and they look bad,” he said.
