Many of the boys and girls who are returning to the country, through the Plan Back to the Fatherland, were exposed to unpleasant situations during their journey when leaving Venezuela, so they must receive psychological attention, said the Minister of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
“Many of the children who are returning went into the jungle and saw very unpleasant things there, so they have to be treated psychologically. Hopefully parents understand that and allow their children to be treated psychologically,” he said from Simón Bolívar de Maiquetía International Airport, in La Guaira.
In addition, Cabello reiterated the loving treatment that these compatriots who are returning to the country today are receiving.
In the same way, the also sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace stressed that all the people who come on this flight do so voluntarily. “It is an instruction given by President Nicolás Maduro to receive them lovingly, as brothers. We received them from the heart, there is no one forced here,” he said.
