Diosdado Cabello: Social and political inclusion are great achievements of the Bolivarian Revolution

Diosdado Cabello argued that social and political inclusion is one of the greatest achievements of Commander Hugo Chávez and his political project.

“President Hugo Chávez came to the presidency with the proposal of a Constituent Assembly, a government program that presented a candidate to change the Homeland, but it must be said how things were in this country before the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution,” he stressed.

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) pointed out that the extraordinary things that are happening today were different in the Fourth Republic, which was a political model, characterized by exclusion and classism.

“A simple example is the case of the right to education, where now all high school graduates have their free university space guaranteed, but before there was no way. How many young people were killed for claiming a quota or defending the right to study, were murdered and disappeared,” he said.
