The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, expressed solidarity with a young Venezuelan man from the U.S. military base in Guantánamo, who told CNN he experienced a traumatic and terrifying experience.
“A Venezuelan who was mistreated in the United States, of course, we received them as brothers, La Sayona came out saying that when she is president she will receive them as criminals, which denotes the evil in the attitude of these bad children of the Fatherland,” Cabello criticized.
He acknowledged that of the total group deported from the United States and Mexico, only 16 had accounts with justice and surrendered to the courts for trial, however, he called the political leaders of the opposition who charge international organizations for generating the migration of Venezuelans coyotes as migrants.
