On January 23, revolutionary militancy will be deployed throughout the capital city to commemorate the heroic feat of the Venezuelan people by that date, said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“On January 23, we will be deployed in a big march. We will give the details of that march, comrade Nahum Fernández will give the details through the order of operations, but we will cover the entire metropolitan area of Caracas,” Cabello highlighted during the usual weekly press conference of the red awning.

In another vein, Cabello highlighted the historical legacy left by the former Attorney General of the Republic, Isaías Rodríguez, and the fight he waged for democracy on April 12, 2002.

“The entire country remembers this when on April 12, with extraordinary courage, he came out to say that there was a coup d'etat here, and said that Commander Chávez was kidnapped. He managed to deceive the mainstream media and sent the message,” he said, while recalling that Rodríguez was the vice-president of the Republic, appointed by Commander Chávez.
