Diosdado Cabello: Now is the time to move forward in Zulia thinking about 100 years of Chavista unity

Diosdado Cabello Rondón, political godfather of Zulia for the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), during a working meeting with the structures of the largest of the Chavism party organizations, called for consolidating political unity in the entity over personal or group ambitions.

“This is the time to move forward in Zulia, but to move forward thinking about 50 or 100 years of Revolutionary unity, that the small groups end and there is nothing that 'I want to be such a thing or such a position'”, said the first vice-president of the PSUV.

He recalled that divisions and tribalism caused the loss of governorships in entities where Chavism was the majority, as in the case of Anzoátegui at the time of the revolutionary regional government of Aristobulo Istúriz when internal factors conspired to win the opposition option.
