Diosdado Cabello: Leopoldo Castillo is a mercenary who knows nothing about the Civic-Military Union

Diosdado Cabello, first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), stressed that the mercenaries that the right wing has in the media do not know what military honor is.

“They don't know the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) because mercenaries like Leopoldo Castillo don't know the value of honor in the military family and believe that the rest are mercenaries like him, who have a very low price today, they don't know about the true union of Pueblo and the FANB,” he said.

He recalled that at the time of the fourth republic, the worst offense that could be done to a military man was to describe him as a civilian as a way of establishing a difference between these two groups of Venezuelans.

It should be noted that Castillo is a Venezuelan longliner living in the United States, accused of being complicit in the 1989 Jesuit massacres in El Salvador.
