Diosdado Cabello: Chávez is a visionary and the PSUV works like a swarm

This Wednesday, October 30, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reaffirmed that the red awning works like a swarm, since that was the form of structure that Commander Hugo Chávez implemented.

“Chávez is a visionary (...) La Sayona comes out 24 years later to talk about the swarm theory and believes that he is eating it; the PSUV works like a swarm, of course, it is a structure capable of communicating, of operating together and organizing itself,” said Cabello, recalling that the Comandante was already studying swarm theory in 2001.

In this regard, during its Con El Mazo Dando No. 501 program, it reaffirmed that the PSUV works on the basis of organization, communication and operation, as established by this theory.

“ You can have a lot of money for networks like she does (La Sayona), but no one stops them because they are not organized and much less operate because there are no bosses,” he said and noted that unlike that opposition, the structure of the PSUV does have bosses and bosses.

“Street chiefs and a team, community heads and a team, parish chiefs and a team; and now they're going to have a head of Community Circuits and a team, so it'll be a structure quickly. Organize, communicate and operate to fulfill functions, tasks,” he said.
