During the Al Aire program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Ricardo Molina, indicated that the bill against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions will be brought to public consultation.

“It's starting with the public discussion to go to the second discussion. The deputies of Brigade 256, together with state legislators, councilors, and community parliamentarians, are ready to discuss throughout the national territory, and for everyone to contribute. The project has 30 items. In the first discussion, the proposal is made, then a broad debate comes, and then there will be a second discussion, as soon as possible,” said Molina.

According to what was published on the VTV web portal, Molina recalled that since the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, the fascist face of the Venezuelan right has been present against the People, and that is why he expressed the need to “warn him, that current that is gaining strength in some parts of the world,” he said at the time that he emphasized that Venezuela exists and a government and a humanist people. “We cannot allow fascist expression.”
