Deputy Minister Endes Palencia oversaw the return of seasonal workers in the Grand Marshal of Ayacucho

From the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho highway, the Deputy Minister of Prevention, Public Safety and Peace Quadrants, Endes Palencia, reported on the protection mechanisms for the return of seasonal workers during the Happy and Safe Carnivals 2025 device on this important road artery that connects the east with Caracas.

The information was released by the Venezuelan Observatory for Citizen Security, on its Instagram account, in which Palencia stressed that “we are in this return device, observing a large volume of vehicles entering the city of Caracas”.

“After having enjoyed some happy and safe days in different parts of the national territory, and especially in this case, through trunk 9 that connects Miranda, Anzoátegui, Sucre, Bolívar and the entire Venezuelan East,” he said.

During the day, he said that “the Public Security Bodies, such as the Municipal Police of Sucre, the Miranda Police and our Public Ministry, which also accompanies us, carried out their preventive work in matters of traffic, with the special mission of serving and protecting the people.”

Palencia also congratulated the officials who, in the Popular, Military and Police Fusion, complied with the actions of Vertex 1 of the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission, which invites the consolidation of comprehensive prevention as a public policy led by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
