Deltano people respond to the call to participate in the Second National Popular Consultation

With a high participation since the early hours of the morning, the inhabitants of the Vencadores del Delta commune, located in the San José parish of the Tucupita municipality, attended the voting centers to prioritize community development projects within the framework of the Second National Popular Consultation 2026.

Community spokesperson Idilo Rojas highlighted the simplicity and speed of the voting process and called on the community to continue joining this democratic exercise.

“It's an extremely easy process. We have seven projects in the communal circuit aimed at solving the problems we have in the commune. Each voter expresses their will through the vote to realize the popular project that will benefit everyone,” said Rojas.

The Comuna Vencadores del Delta, of the San José parish, of the Tucupita municipality of Delta Amacuro), presented 7 prioritized projects ranging from electrification, public services, public lighting and park recovery.
