The ninth Dolphins of La Guaira announced the addition of the thrower Luis Lugo to their bulpen.
The player has been playing in Italian soccer for several years, specifically with Parma Clima. In 2023, he left a 2.21 ERA in 10 starts. Lugo has 10 years of minor league experience with the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Guardians and Kansas City Royals.
