The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) applied the mechanism contemplated in the Barbados Agreements and in the laws of the country, in relation to the strict review carried out by the highest court, of the disqualifications of a group of members of the Venezuelan right.

This was stated by Rodríguez, in his account on the social network X, in which he maintained that “the @ TSJ_Venezuela applied the mechanism contemplated in the Barbados Agreements and in the laws of the country”.

This revision can be recorded, in the above-mentioned Agreement, published by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, in his account on the social network X.

The vice-president emphasized that “the extremist and violent opposition in Venezuela conceives the Constitution and the Law only to disrespect it.”

“They believe they are above the law because their arrogance and superiority give them a divine right to commit crimes,” he said.

“Nothing will stop Venezuela from its path of tranquility and peace,” he said.
