Delcy Rodríguez: Thanks to the economic recovery program, we have managed to overcome hyperinflation

Thanks to the economic growth program presented by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, Venezuela has managed to overcome hyperinflation and is now following the path of slowing inflation, said the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

“We went from annualized inflation, in January 2019, of 344 thousand 510 percent to the annualized inflation that we have projected for the month of April of 58% is something extraordinary. If we compare, it's a great step forward for Venezuela,” Rodríguez emphasized.

In this regard, he stressed that the economic recovery program has been a “scientific compass” that has served as a highly effective method of execution.

“We want to summon all the productive forces and business sectors in Venezuela to continue on this path of consolidating growth and guaranteeing the social welfare of the Venezuelan people,” he stressed from the National Council for Productive Economy, installed in the state of Bolívar.

In the same way, he congratulated all the efforts made by the country's working class to help solve economic difficulties.
