Delcy Rodríguez receives the foreign minister of Burkina Faso: “We reaffirm our will to strengthen ties of friendship!”

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, met this Tuesday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Burkinabe Foreign Affairs, Karamoko Jean Marie Traore, who is visiting Caracas as part of the First Meeting of the Venezuela-Burkina Faso Joint Commission.

“We reaffirm our will to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation with Mother Africa!” , Rodríguez said through his account on the social network X, after the meeting with the foreign minister of the African nation, held in his office.

Earlier, the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, and his Burkinabe counterpart, installed the binational commission in the spaces of the Antonio José de Sucre Yellow House.

Relations between African nations and Venezuela began when Commander Hugo Chávez, with his Peace Diplomacy, strengthened and promoted the relations of equality and respect that President Nicolás Maduro currently continues.
