Delcy Rodríguez installed Congress of the Historical Bloc: It must set the course for the Venezuela of the future

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Thursday the installation of the Great Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc, which will be held in Caracas from November 14 to 16.
During his speech, Rodríguez pointed out that the Congress emerged “from the bosom of the Venezuelan people in more than 100,000 assemblies, within the catacombs of the People, as Commander Hugo Chávez said.”
He indicated that more than three and a half million Venezuelans participated in the discussions, “who today carry with their hands, with their hearts, with their minds, this congress that we are setting up today”, which “must set the course of the Venezuela of the future.”
