Cultural movements will pay tribute to Julieta Hernández

On June 30, in Caracas, the event “191 days without Julieta” will be held, in homage to the street artist, cuatrista and itinerant clown from Venezuela, Julieta Hernández, who was cruelly murdered on January 5, 2024, in the town of Presidente Figueiredo, in northwestern Brazil.
In turn, a forum will be held on the gender-based violence experienced by migrant women, to raise awareness about femicide.
The announcement was made in the context of World Bicycle Day, with the presence of the musician, Sandino Primera, and Estefany Hernández, bronze medalist at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in the BMX category. Also present were the Julieta Presente Cultural Movement, representatives of Tinta Violeta, Creative Uproar, Ser Urbano, Biciculture Venezuela, National Circus Arts Network, Venezuelan Wristbands and the National Institute for Women.
