Cuba welcomed the installation of the Peace Dialogue Table between the Government of Colombia and the Second Marquetalia

This Tuesday, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, welcomed the installation of the Peace Dialogue Table between the Government of Colombia and the armed organization Segunda Marquetalia, through a message on the social network X.

The Cuban Government expressed its support for the beginning of peace talks between the administration of Gustavo Petro and the dissent of the extinct guerrilla group of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), the Second Marquetalia, which began this Monday in Caracas.

Through his account on the social network X, Rodríguez stated that “Cuba will continue to act as one of the guarantor countries in accordance with its commitment to peace in Colombia.”
