The Republic of Cuba has denounced the illegal appropriation of the Boeing 747 aircraft, owned by Venezuela, hijacked from the United States Government.

“This action constitutes a new act of dispossession of State assets,” said Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez through the social network X.

In this regard, he stressed that this theft is “a consequence of the application of unilateral coercive measures against the sister Bolivarian and Chavista nation.”

The aircraft with a large carrying capacity, which was used for humanitarian aid, was also hijacked in Argentina for almost two years.
