CPNB and GNB officials captured individuals involved in the kidnapping of the Chinese citizen

Officials from the Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Directorate of the Bolivarian National Police (CPNB) and the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (CONAS) of the Bolivarian National Guard arrested three individuals involved in the kidnapping of a Chinese citizen in Caracas.
The detainees were identified
as Anthony Fernando Quintero, José David Trujillo Suárez and Abraham David Aponte.
The citizen was
kidnapped last Friday, March 22, when she arrived at her residence, in
Bellas Artes. The kidnappers held her captive in the parish of
23 de Enero, while they negotiated the payment of the ransom with her relatives in the amount of 50,000 dollars.
After making the payment, on Avenida Sucre de Catia, the criminals released her. However, the authorities continued with the investigations, managing to capture the kidnappers, one in Catia and the other 2 in El Valle.
