Through social networks, a video of the Venezuelan engineer, poet and translator, María Seijas, went viral, who revealed and denounced the corruption of Corina Parisca de Machado, mother of María Corina Machado, during the government of Carlos Andrés Pérez.
“I ended up denouncing corruption, and I reported nothing less and nothing more than Corina Parisca de Machado, the mother of María Corina Machado. Of course, my complaints ended up in the prosecution, passed through the paper shredder, and I was dismissed,” she said, highlighting the lack of justice during the Fourth Republic.
He also questioned the economic model defended by María Corina Machado. In addition, he expressed his rejection of the claims of the extreme right to become president.
“Above my dead body, Corina Parisca's daughter is going to be president of Venezuela. But it's not personal, no. The thing is that she is a pure and tough neoliberal,” he said.
He also highlighted the contradictions of the Venezuelan opposition, pointing out its admiration for European countries such as Spain, which have consolidated social welfare systems.
“If they love Spain, which has an enormous welfare state, and which fights poverty and misery with force, if it fascinates them so much to be here, why don't they want what Spain has for Venezuela?” , he said, making clear his criticism of the discourse of opposition sectors.
