A thousand wineries from the most vulnerable areas of the Zulia region were incorporated into the Winery Plan, as announced by the president of CORPOZULIA, Néstor Luis Reverol.

“Food will be distributed in 1000 warehouses in the most vulnerable areas,” said Reverol, “starting with the Socialist Mission Bases, because it is important that communities are stocked and have products at affordable prices,” said the president of the institution quoted in a regional press release.

The objective of the plan is “to bring quality food, directly from the producer to the winemaker, without intermediaries and at supportive prices (...) that this program will be implemented together with the Ministry of Popular Power for Trade, led by Luis Villegas,” said Reverol.

“To carry out this important work,” said Reverol, “they will have national producers because this is the way in which the Bolivarian Government continues to guarantee access to food, with a high nutritional value for Zulians.”
