Crews from the National Electricity Corporation (CORPOELEC) were deployed along the Guarenas-Guatire axis of Miranda state to deal with various faults registered in the distribution network, after the heavy rains that fell in the area this October 10.

The corrective work was carried out on 9 circuits associated with the Trapichito, Eleggua, Luis Caraballo and Santa Cruz substations, where the operators removed trees and branches fallen on medium and low voltage lines.

The rains also caused the damage of some components of the system, which required replacement to ensure continuity of service in sectors such as Casarapa and Trapichito, La Sabana and El Marqués.

CORPOELEC keeps its crews active in this Mirandino axis, to serve the distribution network and provide continuity of service to residential, commercial and industrial users.
