The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) re-established service in the Atures and Autana municipalities of the state of Amazonas, after the installation of a temporary emergency tower at 115 kV on the Pijiguao — Puerto Ayacucho line.

In a press release, the state company indicated that more than 50 specialized professionals were deployed to carry out tactical maneuvers for the construction and installation of an emergency tower, since the previous one, as a result of strong atmospheric shocks and hurricane winds, collapsed in recent days.

The electricity service was fully restored for the benefit of more than 170,000 inhabitants.
