CORPOELEC responds to more than 6 thousand reports made through the 1×10 of Good Governance in Falcón

More than 2,000 requests reported in the VenApp 1×10 Good Governance application were answered by the workforce of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) in Falcón during the month of September.
In this regard, cases were addressed to maintain energy distribution, to more than 6,500 users, in the various municipalities of the Falconian entity, according to a press release from CORPOELEC.
Crews from the state power company made adjustments to the electrical system, prioritizing the resolution of reports made by citizens through the VenApp system.
These implemented corrective tasks fulfill the objective of providing service and providing an effective solution to the needs and requirements of organized communities, inherent to the supply of electrical service.
